Below are the Huma Charity Challenge & World Expeditions Barwon Health Foundation Auction Voucher Terms & Conditions.

Item: Raffle Prize – Travel Voucher Valued at $20,000

Details: Provision of a $20,000 travel voucher, redeemable for any World Expeditions tour within Australia or internationally. The voucher is valid toward full or partial payment of any World Expeditions travel package, giving the prize winner the flexibility to choose from a wide range of guided adventures and experiences. Valid for travel before 30 April 2027.

Voucher Value:

  • The winner will receive a voucher valued at $20,000 AUD to be used towards any product or service booked through World Expeditions.
  • The voucher can be redeemed with the voucher number AND the auction winner's name being provided by Barwon Health Foundation after confirmation of payment of winning bid of the auction prize.

Eligible Spend:

The voucher can be used towards any combination of services offered by World Expeditions, including:

  • Guided or self-guided trips
  • International or domestic flights (booked through World Expeditions)
  • Travel insurance (booked through World Expeditions)
  • Accommodation, extra nights, transfers, gear hire, or trip extensions

All services must be booked through World Expeditions directly.

Redemption Conditions:

  • The full $20,000 AUD value must be redeemed in one booking transaction (no splitting across multiple bookings).
  • The voucher can be used to book for the winner and additional participants (family or friends), provided all arrangements are included in the same booking.
  • If the total booking value exceeds $20,000 AUD, the winner must pay the difference.
  • If the total booking value is less than $20,000 AUD, any unused portion is forfeited – no cash refunds or credits apply.

Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of the auction event.
  • All travel must be booked and completed within the validity period.

Transferability:

  • The voucher is non-transferable once issued and must be redeemed by the winning bidder.
  • The winner may include additional travellers under the same booking.

Booking & Travel Conditions:

  • Standard World Expeditions booking conditions apply to all travel and services booked with the voucher.
  • Availability and pricing are subject to change at the time of booking.
  • It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure all travellers meet the trip’s requirements (such as fitness levels, age limits, visa requirements, and mandatory insurance).

General Conditions:

  • The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • World Expeditions accepts no liability if travel plans are disrupted due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions).

  • $20k usable on anything arranged by the World Expeditions Travel Group
  • One booking only
  • 2 years to use it (Valid for travel before 30 April 2027)
  • Winner can include others, but must book together
